PropTech Industry Review

Are you frustrated with the PropTech Industry? So are we. As the PropTech Industry has grown, has it done so in the best interest of Real Estate Agencies and users of PropTech? Is the PropTech Industry now the tail that wags the dog?
What we found:
  • Multiple disparate systems that don't sync
  • Multiple data causing inefficiency
  • Lost opportunities
  • Multiple Workarounds
  • Inefficient workflows adding stress and extra cost
  • Outdated clunky platforms & systems
  • Not user friendly
  • Difficulty and cost in training staff on so many systems
REMSUITE has undertaken a review of business processes in the Australian Real Estate Industry.
The review has focused on the processes of selling property and leasing property, the systems used and the key stakeholders who manage the processes as well as customer experience.
The objective was to obtain a high-level overview of the activities, people and systems supporting the processes and identify any pain points and benefits of the current workstreams.
Several workshops were conducted with all the key Real Estate Agency personnel to document the details of each of the processes.
Real Estate Industry Needs & Requierments
From these findings, detailed process maps were built tracking all systems used in the process of sales and property management. These process maps formed the core scope of works to develop REMSUITE.
